The establishment of Academic Expertise Clusters (KBK) for lecturers at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Diponegoro University, is a strategic step to strengthen the academic focus, research development, and academic collaboration within each study program. The KBK are formed based on shared research interests and the lecturers’ fields of expertise, thereby encouraging more focused research, quality scientific publications, and community service that is relevant to development needs.

Through the KBK, FISIP Undip strives to create a synergistic academic ecosystem that integrates education, research, and community engagement. This initiative also serves as the foundation for developing an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum and enhancing competitiveness at both the national and international levels.
